"Do you have a physical store?" 
We're based in Gardens, Cape Town. If you have the opportunity to visit our office, we will be more than pleased to meet you. You are welcome to pick up your products from our office. When you order, simply select this option for delivery. We are available from 9AM to 5:30PM during business days and often are available before and after, just contact us and we will find a time convenient for you. Our new address is: Unit 403, Bolang Bank Building, 18 Lower Burg Street, 8001 CBD Cape Town. _Yannick
 "Are your products really quality?" 
Raz Tech strives to produce reliable quality at affordable prices. We provide quality products and are continually improving our product line and quality levels. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will do our best to make sure we resolve any problems. Just contact our friendly Customer Service Team via phone or E-mail and we will gladly resolve your issues.
We also love getting feedback on our products, so any comments or concerns are greatly appreciated so that we can continue to provide the best quality products available._ Reza
¬ę¬†How do I pay online¬†?¬†¬Ľ
We use a globally recognized payment service to accept credit and debit cards. We don't store any card data and are compliant with global payment security standards. We have also recently integrated Snapscan into our payment system. _Theo
"How do I pay when I come to get my product at the office?"
We offer EFT,cash payment and Snap Scan options._Theo
"Where can I find an ATM?"
There are two spots where you can find a cash machine.The FNB is at the corner of Buitensingel and Kloof Street. The ABSA will be inside the Spar (26-28 Kloof Street). 
 "In terms of delivery, when should I expect to receive my order?" 
You should expect to receive your order in 1-5 days. We ship within two business days and use the transport service provider called The Courier Guy or MDS to dispatch your parcel. Our picker, Marlon, come once in the morning and once in the afternoon, we generally ship with overnight service so you should receive your accessories the day after your order, if we have it in stock. Note that If you want to follow your delivery in real time, you could use the tracking code provided and check your delivery status online. We offer free delivery on orders over R449. "How much is the delivery costs? Is it expensive if I order from Johannesburg?"
Our delivery cost is R79, note that it may change if you're living in a rural area. If your order is more than R449, your shipping is free! _Ridge
"I can't find the product I'm looking for on your Website and neither on Takealot. Does it mean that you're not able to assist me?" 
Not at all, quite the opposite. We stock countless products but not all of them are on our website yet. If you can't find it, please send us an e-mail at info@raztech.co.za with your request and we will respond within 24 hours. If we have your item, we arrange your order asap. If we don't currently stock your request, we will do our best to get it. If we find it, we will give you a special discount. _Lucile
 "Do you always have stock available?"
Occasionally, some products are briefly out of stock so these may take a little bit longer for you to receive. You are welcome to contact us about stock availability or you can check if your products are available immediately by going on the product page. In these cases, you could place your order and we usually ship in 5 to 10 business days, but we will contact you to confirm as soon as you make an order._ Federica
 "The product I bought from you guys isn't the correct one for my electronic device. What can you do? Is there a return policy?" 
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused and undamaged products. If for some reason you have a problem with your product, we will do our best to make you happy and strive to offer you hassle free returns or replacements, whatever the case may be. So, in this kind of unfortunate situation, we'll ask you to send us a picture showing that the product doesn't fit or a picture of the damage (if there is one). We will check this and either send a replacement or help resolve the problem._ Reza
"After a few days, my battery isn't working anymore, I just started using it. What must I do?"
Raz Tech has a 6-months warranty. We back the quality of our products and will do whatever it takes to resolve issues. If your product stops working within the 6 months of warranty, we will gladly replace or repair it to make sure you are happy. Just contact our customer service team and they will resolve it! _Theo
